Nike App Collections

Shop is Nike's commerce-focused tab, built primarily with PDP and campaign imagery. With the launch of curated seasonal collections, the app needed a new carousel component with a scalable photography direction that could stand apart from the surrounding product and campaign imagery on the surface.

The response was a studio-based creative system designed for versatility and control. Dynamic angles and authentic movement anchored the vision, established athletes brought credibility to the product, and premium styling struck a balance between aspirational and attainable, giving every collection a distinct, ownable presence within Shop.

01

Bold, high-contrast, and built for performance.

Deep shadows and bright highlights give an edge that's both athletic and editorial.

02

Soft, elevated, natural daylight

The most versatile for the everyday lifestyle collection.

03

Colorful, graphic and spotlit

Colored gel lights created graphic textures to highlight movement and play, reflecting the colors and textures from each collection.

04

Bespoke set design and lighting

Each collection in its own custom built world, centered around a collection theme.

App Experience

I established the design templates and visual guidelines for the featured Collections carousel across the Nike App's Shop and editorial threads. The direction scaled globally and remained the standard for the feature since launch.
